This project included six, 37,500-gallon, aboveground storage tanks; an enclosure for fuel offloading; and a control building. Design of heating and ventilation, a piping network, and equipment used for fuel offloading, transfering, metering, and dispensing was also provided. Special care was taken to select pumps, meters, and other equipment that would provide reliable operation in the extreme sub-Arctic climate.
