ARRC Depot Drive Development Phases I & II

Location: Anchorage, AK

CRW worked with the ARRC to upgrade Depot Drive, located west of the Historic Railroad Depot, from a previously gravel, undefined “roadway” to a paved facility with curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, lighting, drainage, and connectivity to nearby development. Improvements were designed to allow for future development of roads and trails within the Ship Creek area while minimizing and discouraging the existing trespass issue onto ARRC active tracks. This project was completed in 2024.
