The Design Study Report was completed in February 2007 after a thorough planning and design process. This process produced a preliminary design concept for the entire project area from 9th to 2nd Avenue. The design team will now proceed toward a final design for the central portion of the project area (between the 4th / 5th Avenue alley and the 7th / 8th Avenue alley), with construction scheduled for summer 2008. Remaining portions of the project area will undergo final design and construction at a later date.
